Salary Range £50,479 - £58,852

Key Job Responsibilities
-Be accountable for the overall operational management of clinical services
-To develop team morale and motivation through effective personal leadership
-Support the Director of Clinical Services to implement service change and developments
-To ensure the provision and delivery of safe, high quality, efficient and effective clinical services
-To ensure that the recruitment, retention, motivation, training and development of staff is a key management priority.
-Degree level qualification in a relevant subject area
-Post graduate management qualification
-Proven ability to obtain and consistently achieve results and agreed objective
-Proven track record of developing and delivering successful change and service development initiatives
-Excellent collaborative working skills
