Registered Nurses required to work within one of the UK’s largest NHS Hospital Trusts.

Salary range: between £30,401 to £37,267 (AFC, band 6) dependent on experience, plus an additional supplement of 30% for Saturdays and between 8pm and 6am and a 60% supplement for Sundays and bank holidays for any work undertaken as a result of working on a shift out of hours. You will also be eligible for a wide variety of excellent NHS benefits, including a relocation package (maximum £5,000.00)*

 THE ROLE: To work according to the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) and relevant professional guidelines as a nursing practitioner, working with indirect supervision and facilitation, for a defined group  of patients as the named nurse and take responsibility for:

Key duties will include:

  • To be designated to take charge of a clinical area regularly in consultation with a senior member of staff
  • Assessing patients changing conditions and delegating care taking into account staff skills and competence
  • Developing, implementing and evaluating programmes of care 
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with all members of the multi-disciplinary team, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing to those who contribute to the service
  • Reassuring patients and ensuring they feel confident in the care they are receiving

YOU: The successful candidate for this Registered Nurse vacancy will have the following:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
