Your primary responsibility is to provide patients with the highest standard of customer service at all times. You will report to the Clinic Director, and you will manage the patient service team. Team management: You will be responsible for patient care and bookings, who greet patients, deal with phone enquiries and bookings, and provide care and support for patients throughout their time at the clinic. You will be responsible for training and development, performance monitoring and appraisals, staff scheduling, and for coaching the team to success. Process management: You will ensure that the relevant protocols are followed to make for a seamless patient journey. You will deal with any issues or complaints that arise, maintaining accurate documentation. You will also ensure that your team keep all patient administration accurate and up-to-date. You will liaise with clinicians to make sure all treatments are fully understood, and you will deal with the Clinic Director to ensure compliance to clinic directives.
* Minimum 5 years experience in managing front of house and busy diaries.
* Excellent ability to organise the diary and patient's journey.
* Excellent ability to manage rotas and very busy clinic diary so the doctors and the clinical staff would be able to perform on time and without delays.
